”Great”

”Staff was awful. I paid for 3 rooms, arrived well after check-in, and my rooms were not ready. 30 minutes later I’m told my rooms are ready. 2 rooms were, however the 3rd room was occupied. My teenage daughters walked in on a man coming out of the shower and 2 kiddos were also running around the room nude. I requested a refund immediately and was told i had to wait until Monday and speak with the manager.”

”Nice hotel, clean. But the walls are paper thin we were woken up multiple times by people in the hallway and the next room.”

”Amazing location and on par with what one would expect at the price point. One ice maker was not functional but luckily there is more than one. Only real complaint/suggestion is to clean the places where people walk. Outdoor concrete surfaces are black in areas and should be power washed. The room floor was cleaner after I left because I cleaned it as soon as I arrived and the towel I used to clean it with was completely gray after one trip across the floor.”

”My room was very clean, but the bathroom extractor was not functioning properly. I mentioned the problem to the front desk person. Breakfast was very good and fresh, with enough time to eat. The hotel area is well situated. There is no noisy traffic close to it. The bed appeared a little old, because it made a lot of noise. The TV remote control did not work well. The hot water for the chocolate was cold.”

”We would visit again.”

”Great location for families. Close to the beach, food, and shops. Hotel breakfast is great and hot water for a shower. Would stay again.”

”We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. It seemed like I was seeing someone cleaning no matter what time of day I came and went. We travel with two small dogs and our pet friendly room was clean and had no odor. We loved having the kitchen and a full size refrigerator. The beds were very comfy, loved the pillows. The living room was comfortable. We were very happy with the space of both the bedroom and living area. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. ...

”Stayed here for 3 nights and it was really nice for a 3 star hotel.”

”Walking distance to the beach and restuarants are close. Breakfast was absolutely awesome.”

”We stayed here on our trip to Destin. The room was very clean and big, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the airport. The location was great. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.”
