Welcome to “Whitsunday dreams”. Wake up first thing in the morning to views of the Whitsundays and in the afternoon share a drink by the pool in the heart of Airlie Beach watching the ocean activity. This 3-bedroom accommodation can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, the first bedroom has an ensuite the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed with the option of changing this to 2 king singles. There is a living/dining room area and basic kitchenette not suitable for cooking large meals. (we provide you with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, detergents etc, to get you through your first night), private pool and laundry so you can catch up on all your domestic tasks during your stay, all these spaces will be for your exclusive use. Accommodation of other guests is not permitted during your stay on the bottom floor.

Access to the accommodation: The accommodation has a private independent entrance to which you can access through a password that will be sent to you at the end of your reservation process, to access the accommodation you must press/touch the numeric keypad located on the door with two fingers and then you must enter the access password.
The owner is available to the guest for whatever is needed regarding the accommodation and/or recommendations in general for a pleasant stay, communications will be made through his contact number.
We have the following basic accommodation rules: i) We enjoy a healthy, smoke-free environment and choose to provide the same for our guests. Under local laws smoking is not allowed inside the house or balcony areas ii) For the conservation of the green areas of the accommodation pets are not allowed, iii) Be respectful with the local residents please keep the noise down after 10pm iv) Make sure to close the entrance door every time you enter or leave the property, v) At the end of the agreed rental, guests agree to close the premises, close all windows and turn off the lights, fans and air conditioning, vi) Leave used towels in the basket located under the hand sink and vii) Leave the garbage in the bins located at the entrance of the accommodation.
Description of the neighborhood: Kara Crescent is a quiet, clean and safe place, with a beautiful climate, the accommodation offers spectacular views of the ocean, the harbor and the mountains, the accommodation is a few meters from the hiking trail "Conway Circuit". If you are into walking there are some challenging mountain hike trails directly behind the property for the enthusiastic trekker.
Getting Around: Due to the spectacular views this accommodation offers, walking from the main street (five to ten minutes) can be tiring, if walking isn't your thing then a five to ten dollar taxi ride may be the best option.
The accommodation has two linear parking lots, one of which will be for your exclusive use and where you can park up to two vans. It should be noted that a few meters from the accommodation there are free and safe parking areas.
How to get there: There are 2 airports close to the accommodation: i) Whitsunday Airport located a 40 minute drive away, there are many shuttle buses available from the airport for AU$25 each way (you are advised to use the small buses which will drop you off at the door of the accommodation) and ii) The Hamilton Island airport located 1 hour away by ferry for the price of AU$60.00 and when you arrive at Airlie beach you must take a taxi to take you to the accommodation for the cost of $6.
You also have the added convenience of knowing that airport transfers and tour groups operate directly to your front door, so the additional cost of a rental car is not necessary unless you want to explore further outside the city.

Bienvenidos a “Whitsunday dreams”. Despierte a primera hora de la mañana con las vistas de las Islas Whitsundays y por la tarde comparta una bebida junto a la piscina en el corazón de Airlie Beach contemplando la actividad del océano. Este alojamiento de dos dormitorios puede alojar cómodamente a 4 personas, el primer dormitorio tiene 1 cama tamaño queen y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama tamaño king (que se puede dividir en 2 camas individuales tamaño king si lo solicita), 1 baño completo, 1 comedor privado con espacio para preparar tu propio desayuno (te proporcionamos un kit inicial de té, café, azúcar, papel higiénico, leche, detergentes, etc., para que pases tu primera noche), piscina privada y lavandería compartida para que puedas ponerte al día con todas tus tareas domésticas durante tu estadía. Todos estos espacios serán para tu uso exclusivo. No se permite el alojamiento de otros huéspedes durante su estancia en la planta baja.
El alojamiento ocupa el piso inferior de una casa de 2 pisos, el propietario vive en el piso superior, la escalera abierta que conecta con el segundo piso está cerrada con una barrera en la base de las escaleras para su privacidad. Tenga en cuenta que la privacidad en este alojamiento no es absoluta debido al diseño estructural de la escalera que permite que el ruido pase entre los 2 pisos.
Acceso al alojamiento: El alojamiento cuenta con una entrada privada e independiente a la cual podrá acceder a través de una contraseña que le será remitida al concluir su proceso de reserva, para acceder al alojamiento deberá presionar con dos dedos el teclado numérico ubicado en la puerta de ingreso y seguidamente deberá ingresar la contraseña de acceso.
El propietario está a disposición del huésped para cuánto se necesite respecto al alojamiento y/o recomendaciones en general para una agradable estadía, las comunicaciones se realizarán a través de su número de contacto.
Tenemos las siguientes reglas básicas en el alojamiento: i) Disfrutamos de un ambiente saludable y libre de humo y elegimos proporcionar lo mismo a los huéspedes. Bajo las leyes locales no se permite fumar dentro de la casa o las áreas de balcón ii) Para la conservación de las áreas verdes del alojamiento no están permitidas las mascotas, iii) Sea respetuoso con los residentes locales en ese sentido, no se permite hacer ruidos molestos después de las 10pm, iv) Asegúrate de cerrar la puerta de ingreso cada vez que ingreses o salgas de la propiedad, v) Al finalizar el alquiler acordado, los huéspedes se comprometen a cerrar las instalaciones, cerrar todas las ventanas y apagar las luces, ventiladores y el aire acondicionado, vi) Dejar las toallas usadas en el cesto ubicado debajo del lavadero de manos y vii) Dejar la basura en los cestos correspondientes ubicados en el ingreso del alojamiento. Descripción del vecindario: Kara Crescent es un lugar tranquilo, limpio y seguro, con un hermoso clima, el alojamiento ofrece vistas espectaculares del océano, el puerto y de las montañas, el alojamiento está a pocos metros de la ruta de senderismo “Conway Circuit”. Si le gusta caminar, hay algunos senderos de montaña desafiantes directamente detrás de la propiedad para el excursionista entusiasta.
Cómo desplazarse: Debido a las espectaculares vistas que ofrece este alojamiento, caminar desde la calle principal (de cinco a diez minutos) puede ser agotador, si caminar no es lo tuyo, entonces un viaje en taxi de cinco a diez dólares puede ser la mejor opción.
El alojamiento cuenta con dos estacionamientos lineales, uno de los cuales será de su uso exclusivo y en el podrá aparcar hasta dos camionetas. Cabe señalar que a escasos metros del alojamiento se cuenta con áreas libres y seguras para aparcar.
Cómo llegar: Hay 2 aeropuertos cercanos al alojamiento: i) El aeropuerto de Whitsunday ubicado a 40 minutos en coche, hay muchos autobuses de enlace disponibles desde el aeropuerto por AU$25 el trayecto (se le recomienda usar los buses pequeños los cuales lo dejaran en la puerta del alojamiento) y ii) El aeropuerto de la isla de Hamilton ubicado a 1 hora en ferry por el precio de AU$60.00 y al llegar a Airlie beach deberá tomar un taxi que lo lleve al alojamiento por el costo de $6.
También tiene la comodidad adicional de saber que los traslados al aeropuerto y los grupos turísticos operan directamente a su puerta principal, por lo que no es necesario el costo adicional de un coche de alquiler a menos que desee explorar más fuera de la ciudad.
