”The entire staff really seemed to go out of their way to make my stay a pleasnt one, even offering to set me up with another room if the noise from the renovations was too much. Actually, the noise was not all that bad. One of the women at the front desk was absolutely great. I wont mention her name for privacy reasons, but if she reads this, she'll know who im talking about. The manager went above and beyond, making it a point to have several conversations. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!”

”We really love it here! The room size and breakfast and staff are really great. However, the sofa bed mattresses in two rooms we have stayed in now were really awful - you can feel every spring. I hope that these will be updated because this is otherwise such a great place for our family of 5, and we’d love to make it our regular place when we visit family in Saratoga, but it’s tough if we can’t all get sleep.
