"Here's our observation from check-in to check-out: At checking-in, if there's a rush and you're told to wait by your luggage to be showed to your room and you don't want to wait, just go and take your luggage and walk to you room, because you're only waiting for someone to show you to your room. If your luggage is heavy or you have problems walking, you can request a golf cart ride. You get to your rooms from the other end of the lobby. Rooms are very spacious with cool temperature and very good AC. There are some amenities in the bathroom like bar soap, liquid shower gel and shampoo. Water is replenished every day. "

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"

"Kiva iso vähän espanjalaistyylinen all Inc hotelli vesipuistolla ja useammalla altaalla. Vain 1 allas on kuitenkin lämmitetty 27-asteiseksi. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon buffassa (muuta ei ollut tarjolla snackbaarin lisäksi), mutta ne olisi saaneet vaihdella enemmän. Itse hotellihuone oli pienehkö neljälle ja aika kulahtanut, mutta ilmalämpöpumppu toimi. Hotelli on aika syrjässä mutta takseja saa heti ja bussi kulkee muutaman kerran päivässä keskustaan. "

The dinner is excellent, and the cooking class with their amazing chef is an absolute must. It's a fantastic experience that lets you dive into local flavors and culinary traditions. As with all old riads, light sleepers might want to bring earplugs, as sound insulation isn’t up to modern standards. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with a charming atmosphere and top-notch hospitality!"
