”Unfortunately, the accessibility information on the hotels.com page was a lie. The ramps to the pool area were so steep that, as a former Paralympic athlete, I couldn't get up them on my own. Also, the hotel's only public "disabled toilet" was strangely in the pool area and not at the reception. To get there, you had to go up a really steep ramp or a detour where the bushes scratched the wheelchair user.
