”The ryads are a very good deal.
The staff is really friendly and helpful and they really take care of their customers. Only the bar staff is very s-l-o-w.
There is some visible wear-and-tear in the public spaces and rooms. Plumbing needs improvement.
Nonetheless, definetely worth a recommendation.

”The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!”

”Beautiful resort and the restaurant by the pool served some delicious food. This place made our last few nights in Marrakech such a delight.
The room was spacious and clean, the bathtub was huge and the service was impeccable. ”
