”The apartment had just about everything I needed. The laundry machine worked great, but it does not dry clothes. There are laundromats nearby that I used to dry my clothes. The room does get hot, but there is a fan that helps. This was just what I needed for a weekend stay in the heart of Aix!”

”Haven of peace was a wonderful apartment for us. We stayed over two weeks at this quiet but centrally located apartment. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a huge living area, a big dining table where I was able to set up my computer and work. There are balconies off both bedrooms, one off the kitchen area with a drying line for laundry and a large terrace in front that faces Parc Jourdan. The location is spectacular. Three minutes walk up the road are a bakery, small Vival grocery...

”Sehr gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattes Objekt, das sich allerdings im Erdgeschoss befindet und über keinen wirklich nutzbaren Balkon verfügt; die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem PKW ist sehr gut, allerdings sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Fuß sehr eingeschränkt - z. B. keine Bäckerei fusslüfig erreichbar etc. -; der Weg ins Zentrum zu Fuß ist relativ weit und wegen des zu überwindenden Anstiegs sehr mühsam; ”

”Property was exactly as advertised. Superb location in the city center, excellent amenities and perfect for our needs. Jean Phillpe, the owner and manager was very helpful during our stay and always available to answer any questions. He was the next best thing to a personal concierge. The apartment is on a pedestrian street. busy during the day but very quiet at night.and five minutes from the Rotonde. No need for a car; we walked everywhere and were able to take advantage of public transport...

”Highest of praise to Natty for operating a beautiful VRBO experience. She was specific with directions and communication. Staying at Clématite was a pure delight. The apartment is well furnished and very well stocked with everything you need to prepare a chefs meal to a perfect charcuterie board! The large bathroom has a separate water closet and plenty of space for your HBA storage. The spacious outside deck was a pure delight. There is a dining table and sitting location with fun sling chairs....

”My husband and I have stayed at this apartment twice. It is in a great location, just a very short walk from Cours Maribou, but also quiet. The apartment has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we co.e to Aix.”
