”The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. ”Overall I would stay again. We enjoyed the central location and the beds were relatively comfortable. I did miss the fact that the two bedrooms were one large room with a wall for privacy and you needed to walk through the first bedroom to access the second bedroom. So make sure you are traveling with close family or friends. Kitchen was very functional but there was a need for some TLC. The kitchen faucet was very loose. An extra towel in the kitchen or rags under the sink would be helpful as...

Tout de même il faudrait une clim car l'appartement est sous les toits et il y fait très chaud et cette année étant donné la prolifération des moustiques il était difficile de rester les fenêtres...

”This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. ”

”On a passez une très belle semaine dans cet appartement au coeur de la ville d'Annecy à 5 min du lac. Très bel appartement, spacieux avec un beau balcon. Cependant les lits ne sont pas tellement confortables, avec un lit qui grince dans une des chambres. Le ménage n'est pas totalement fait, notament la poussière sous les lits.”

”Our stay was lovely. The location is wonderful. It’s an easy 8 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the lake. My only complaint is that the second shower is incredibly small. For us it was fine because we all showed in the master bathroom. However it could be awkward if it was two couples.”
