”The room was nice clean and very comfortable. Easy walking to the ballpark for baseball game.”

”The hotel was nice. The room was big. The front desk staff didn't seem to want to be at work. Neither one that I encountered that weekend looked up from their computer when I walked in, or greeted me. My remote didn't work and the housekeeping lady found a replacement right away and was cheerful.”

”Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

”I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.”

”Horribly misleading photos. Once you step past the lobby or look in any direction you can see that everything was dirty, run down, and smelled. There was broken or out of service signs on almost every visible area, doors windows, etc. Our room looked nice but was very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable. The sinks backed up the tub backed up, there was tubing and bite marks all over the door frame and walls. There was half holes. It was horrendous. The breakfast ran out of everything...

”We stayed one night with two toddlers, and it was functional. Not very clean, but not disgusting. The facilities definitely need to be updated and repaired, but the aesthetics of the room were not our priority. The bedding and towels have holes, and there are no blackout curtains.”

”Upon arriving the receptionist was very busy so it took us a bit to check in. Once checked in and in our room we immediately began noticing different cleanliness issues, dead bugs on the counters, a film coating on the shower, baseboards and flooring were stained from previous visitors. The fridge was also very dirty with old food stains and puddles from leaking items. Upon arrival we needed to pay an additional $50 deposit that was unexpected and were assured it would be refunded upon...

”The hotel looked run down and smelled bad. Room door didn’t function properly. Laundry room was disgustingl. Room appeared clean but hair still in shower. Fridge felt as if it was going to tip over. It was very wobbly.ice bucket looked dirty”

”Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going.”
