The hosts were amazing. Kind, attentive and caring. Delicious homemade breakfast. The great room is so perfect to take in the view. And finally, Ivar’s recommended sightseeing were the cherry on the cake.

It was the best hotel of our iceland trip. Very nice room with a hot tub. The house is so nice and the host is very gentle. We had luck, we stayed 2 nights here!

Super séjour
Super séjour , belle et grande maison accueillante . L’hôtesse est très prévenante et répond à toutes les questions . Chambre et salle de bain au top. Petit déjeuner extra, varié et avec des pâtisseries faites maison. Si je repasse par la , j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

We arrived to a private home. Waited 10 min or so as the owner/managers we grocery shopping. They arrived and were very nice. We then find out our room is just a tiny bedroom in someone's house without a view and a cat was on our bed. Hubby is allergic! None of this disclosed on listing. We ended up having to drive 1 hour away and pay 2x to sleep last night. Not happy at all.

This Guesthouse is a great place to be! We felt sooo well with the very kind and helpfull hosts. The Guesthouse is so beautiful decorated, everthing clean, a big bathroom and last but not least the extraordinary breakfast with all you can have, including the amazing delicous self-baked bread. We can highly recommend this lovely place.

Extremely beautiful place. Beautiful location with extraordinary views. Very kind and welcoming host, and also they served excellent homemade elaborate breakfast. And the house is beautifully decorated Highly recommend it. This was the best stay of our entire Iceland trip.

Awesome Hotel
First of all, this place doesn't even look like a hotel, it looks & feels like home. The place is keenly decorated with beautiful artefacts & each corner is picture perfect, on top of that the surrounding view is stunning. The hosts are super friendly, he even took out his time to help us on next day drive plan with map. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. The added bonus was the hot-tub, its a perfect way to deal with the chills & relax. At this price you cannot gt a better deal!

Great view and hospitality!
This is a lovely, comfortable house and, like the description says, has a wonderful view! The breakfast was excellent. Since this is a guesthouse there’s a shared bathroom, so be prepared for that. We just needed a place to sleep that was priced right and safe and comfortable—this more than filled the need!
