”It was amazing! If you love the solitude that‘s the place to stay. We had a clear night without any wind and the sky was full of northern lights. And the best part, no other people around (well, except the hosts, horses, chicken and ducks from the lake in front of our little cottage). Only 20 min away from Godafoss, or 25 min away from Húsavík. Definitely recommend this one! The host was very nice and welcomed us warmly. ”

"Room was spacious, clean, modern and had windows to the fjord. Lovely views from the room! Breakfast was good (especially porridge) and hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea. You need to have own rental car to get to Akureyri where the nearest services are. I would definitely stay in Hotel Natur again."
