Kertakaikkisen loistava hotelli!
Loistava hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla Al Ainissa. Uima-allasalue on todella hyvä ja palvelu siellä loistavaa. Hotellissa lisäksi kolme ravintolaa, joten illallinen hotellissakin onnistuu hyvin. Aamiainen tässä hotellissa oli yksi parhaista, minkä olen missään saanut!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and can happily say it was a great experience. The breakfast had a-lot of choice with staff going out there way to get you anything you wished. The area had a lovely calm feel to it and was nice and quite too. In the evening we spent each night at trader vic restaurant/ bar, which was amazing! Food was great especially the seafood wok dish. Had a great tiki vibe with a large selection of cocktails and mock tails. The music Spanish vibes which worked really well. They had two girls who sang with great voices and added to the experience which was brilliant. Would highly recommend this place and if I’m ever back in Al Ain it would be the only place I would stay without a doubt.

Property has 2 wings (old and new), we choose to stay in the old wing (based on Jessie - reception team-) recommendation. It was great stay and our room was upgraded to junior suit. The suit was in excellent condition however it was missing some items like slippers, coffee machine, iron and iron board, but the stay was great. Thank you Jessie for making our stay wonderful.

Perfect Hotel For Families
We had a great time at Al Ain Rotana. We got upgraded to a suite, which was a blessing considering we were travelling with kids. The staff was also super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. I'm terms of facilities, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, it features a really large pool and a playground so for those travelling with kids it's a great choice.

We had a great time here. Al Ain is a beautiful community and Rotana was really impressive. Great place for kids, took our daughter to the hotel swimming pool and on the playground in the morning, then to the fort across the street in the afternoon. The breakfast is great, all in all a great experience. Highly recommend it.

Nice place but attention to guest request required
Liked everything about this Hotel..location, room space and cleanliness. The only disappointment was we had requested for 2 rooms with a connecting door, but when we checked in they were separate. Even after an overnight stay, hotel staff did not realise to rectify the mistake.

A good hotel and excellent facilities which was let down significantly by poor and slow service at the pool restaurant and dirty, empty meal trays scattered all over the pool area, bar and sun loungers which had not been cleaned away. Otherwise a comfortable stay and very good rooms

I am very dissapointed with the service. I had requested many things that did not happen A bed not put in the room It was also my birthday Thecheck in men seemed very confused too I also want to bringto your attention achild poo'd bext to the pool and this was just sprayed down with water. I think some kind of disinfectant shouldbe used. Especially with the outbreak of the coronavirus. The child was then cleaned by the mom and gor bacj into the pool. The facilities however were super!!!

There are several restaurants to chose from on site, a gym facility & an outside swimming pool. Also from the hotel town centre is a short walk.

Only recognizable hotel in Al Ain. Allowed us to check in a few minutes early. Long wait to check in. Disappointing news about tennis court facility. No indication of additional cost and this was the main reason why we chose to stay there. Room was dirty and with terrible smell. Elevator was scary as not properly functioning at times.
