”Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. Hotel was very clean, amazing finishing with marbles shows great aesthetics. Its location is also in close proximity to a lot of business hubs. Will definitely try to stay here again. Only downside was they charged me half day’s price for early check in at 9am - but receptionist was courteous to include complimentary breakfast for that half day.”

”Very impressed with the hotel room and cleanliness. The shower is incredible, one of the best I have ever encountered. Staff really friendly. For entertainment would perhaps suggest adding a YouTube or Netflix account for international travellers.”

”Overall a very bad experience. I don’t even know where to begin. The problems we faced were minor, but the main issue was the plain rude staff and atrocious service that made everything worse.
Our booking had been messed up and we were given the wrong room, accompanied by eyerolls from check in staff and lack of any effort to even explain the situation to us or apologise.

I checked in very late and the receptionist upgraded my room to a suite, which I didn't ask for but just goes to show the high standard of service they provide. ”Across the hotel there are CLOSURE signs by the Ministry of Tourism, yet the staff don’t know anything about it! Asked many times if the hotel is closed or not, and they had no answer. ”
