”Awful experience, when you come at night with 3 kids and find out that your booking was cancelled while you were flying. And Vrbo support did literally nothing to help us.”

”The day before our arrival we contacted the property to have details about how to get there and get the key. They gave us the indications. I specifically wrote that we will be coming late. However, when we arrived at the property we found out that it has been leased to somebody else! We were without accomodation at 22:00! They basically told us that we were on our own.
