”We visited WA RAK for a week with the family. The place is quite posh but service etc very friendly and down to earth. Restaurants were unfortunately very expensive, especially with kids wh may decide after ordering that they are not hungry.
Only "negative" things were: there was supposed to be a pillow menu service. We were never offered that. Also our personal consierge sent 4 SMS's but never replied to any of our messages.

My friend was having a general discussion one day at the reception and was asked if he is pleased. He expressed his dissatisfaction on a couple of key points. ”The reception, dining, and housekeeping all wonderful. However- there is a plant out in the 2 flower beds I was poked by, which if the black tip stayed in my leg, could be life threatening. It needs to be removed. Be careful. Hopefully, it has been removed. ”

”Hotelli sijaitsee omassa rauhassaan ja sillä on yksityinen ranta. Palvelu on erinomaista ja ystävällistä. Useista ravintoloista saa hyviä ruokailuvaihtoehtoja ja myös huonepalvelu pelaa. Hotelli olisi tarjonnut bussikyytejä Dubaihin, mutta tätä emme kokeilleet. Voin suositella tätä hotellia erityisesti rentoutumiseen ja rauhoittumiseen. Uima-allas ja ranta-alueet ovat siistit ja niitä myös vartioidaan. Kaikista huoneista on merinäköala, ja ainakin Club-tason huoneet ovat erinomaiset....
