”Olin toivonut etukäteen kahta yhdenhengen sänkyä ja ensin tarjolla tosi hyvä Huone 19 kerros, mutta valitettavasti vain iso 2.hengen sänky.
Vaihtoehdoksi saimme huonomman huoneen alempaa, josta puuttui mm. Roskapussi ja muutenkin vähän remppaa vailla. Tämä ensimmäinen oli remontoitu ja hyvä. Meille kerrottiin että yläkerran parhaista ei ole mahdollista saada erillisiä sänkyjä. Muuten hotelli hyvä ja aamiainen palveluineen erinomainen”
”The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all”
”Hotel needs renovation in public spaces the tiles are from the 60” in hallway to the pool and exercise room. The carpet need to be update in the lobby. The floor in bathroom bathrooms. Need replacement. Same in the dining room area.”
”Very well located hotel and friendly staff. Car park was good and very secure. Restaurants and the key churches all nearby. Traffic in Nazareth is never the best but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Hotel is easy to find.
Breakfast pretty good and again friendly staff. ”
