”We had no complaints about the room. It was wonderful!! Very clean. House keeping was very very nice!!! Some of the staff at the front desk was great!! But others were not. Offered coffe and food. But when we asked about both the couldn’t do it. But they sure were serving the alcohol. And as recovering alcoholics that made us not want to go back there. ”

”The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the dinner in the evening and the breakfast. My only complaint was that the silverware at breakfast was so flimsy it was impossible to eat with. Other than that small detail, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

”Costs were NOT reasonable for the stay. Check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. That’s not full 24 hrs to the stay. We needed Friday to Sunday 3pm to 3pm instead we got Friday 4pm to Sunday 9am it was rip off costs, despite the niceness of the place. ”

”The Trilogy experience was a wonderful experience very nice clean hotel. However, there was a constant fragrance in the lobby and dining areas that caused my friend to almost have an allergic reaction, so we were not able to dine at the hotel nor enjoy the first floor amenities.
