”The Manager, John, gave me and my Son outstanding customer service, our room was clean and our bed was comfy, and the waffles in the morning were delicious. We plan on staying here again.”

”I loved the idea of the suite. We had a small living area a bar a kitchen with two queen beds that were comfortable. The thing is, the tv in the living area didn’t work, there was a great deal of rust on the knob to turn the water on in the tub, the bathroom vent didn’t work, and the floor was not clean. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Again I loved the idea but I don’t think I’d stay here again.”

”Our first night was okay. They had to work on the water and shut the water off for more than half of the next day without notice. This was a huge inconvenience. We had to repeatedly call for an update on when the water would come on and had to leave and go somewhere else in order to use the restroom/ water. Huge inconvenience and terrible experience”

”Thank you”

”Great location to Frost bank center and easy access also to downtown. Lots of food options in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very big (yes also super high up) and comfy bed. Walls were thin but luckily had well behaving neighbors so no problems there. This one did meet my expectations for the price and the reviews I had read. ”

”Very nice large room and convenient locaation!”

”Room was okay, but had a smell and the ceiling looked like it was falling apart on room 415”
