”Club room was clean and comfortable .staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast menu could use some variety”

”Levähdimme yön täällä sillä aikaa kun järjestimme Backwaters risteylyn. Hotelli suositteli omaakin risteylypakettia, mutta älä missään nimessä luota siihen ellet halua maksaa ylihintaa.”

”Lovely property near the beach in Alleppey. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all amenities including tea/coffee , iron and hair dryer. Nice helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. Uber available for taxi rides.”

”The boathouse staff was excellent. They were very courteous and accommodating. ”

”We are family of seven from Canada, stayed one night at the Boat House. The bedroom is spacious enough for two adults and two kids to sleep with small luggage. The food is good. (Limited option or very standard boathouse meal). You can buy prawn , crab during the cruise in the close by shops and the chef will cook that for free. ”The staff were good, friendly and polite 😊 Our room was clean and decent. Food good. We were a bit confused about the itinerary so maybe making it clearer would be helpful to future guests. Thank you 😊”

”Beautiful place with wonderful service!”

”Good food, nice private boat, and great staff!”

”Nice stay”

”We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,...

”Le personnel très aimable et gentil Juste une petite remarque ce se serait bien d’avoir accès à un sèche cheveux Bonne saison à tous ”

”Stunning garden.”

”Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent.”

”We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. ”
