”The only good thing about it was the convenience of the distance to the railway. The room was much smaller than what was shown on-line. The paint on the walls in the room were chipped. The area around the bathtub lever was dirty. The floor was tile and not carpet, so it was cold. The matress was too hard. There were no amenities!!!”

”Chose this hotel for location close to family. It was clean & had a good breakfast, would stay again.”

”It was nice to have a laundry room since we've been traveling a while. The locations is excellent and the owners are good people. However, some of the room conditions could be improved during off season. Examples from our room include a desk chair that would flip you over; and a toilet that rocked with a seat that looked burnt under the lid. Just minor stuff. Overall, it was a quite, nice place to stay. We've stayed here several times now and each time has been comfortable.”

”This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area.”

”This hotel is going through renovations and the walls are incredibly thin. The hotel rooms are old and outdated. The front desk staff - in particular Laura charged my card a damage fee because she said the tv was too loud while we were gone to the casino and it cause both rooms next to us to leave the hotel. She lied. She is a racist. On my form to sign for the room she asked my nationality. I asked her what was that about ? Her reply was I was just being funny. I should have left then. We have...

”The staff were nice but the property needs attention. My bathroom was modish a towel bar, had a sagging shower curtain bar, and had no holder for the shower head - I had to hold it the entire time. There was also no light above the shower, making it very dark. I was only there for one night, or I would have requested another room. Or possibly left altogether. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. I would not stay there again. ”
