Banyols by Rentallorca

"Finca Banyols" is a beautiful finca, with a beautiful large garden and swimming pool, with a maximum capacity for 6 people, located in Alaró, in the middle of nature near La Serra de Tramuntana.



This magnificent villa has two floors. You will enjoy the Majorcan style, such as the wooden shutters and the stone walls and the decoration of our great owner, Cati, will not disappoint you at any time. The wooden swimming pool gives a different style to the villa, it guarantees fun with family or friends on sunny days. You will be able to breathe nature and the ecosystem that surrounds this wonderful villa, just a few kilometres away from the great paradise of La Serra de Tramuntana, where you can go cycling or hiking.



When you arrive at the finca, you will see the magnificent exteriors and you will be able to park in one of the 3 open-air parking spaces. On entering, you will find a large entrance hall and the dining room with a large table for 6 people. Moving to the right we enter the kitchen, which is fully equipped with microwave, Vitro ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, cooking utensils, a large table for 6 people to dine inside the kitchen. To the left, going down 2 steps, we find the spacious and comfortable living room with two sofas and an armchair, TV and fireplace, being able to enjoy this wonderful house even in the winter months.



Going back to the entrance, on the right-hand side we find the first bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom is modern, fully equipped and has a shower.



Leaving the bathroom, just in front, we find the stairs. Upstairs we find the other 2 bedrooms and the second bathroom. Going upstairs, just in front, we find the modern bathroom, fully equipped and has a shower. Going out to the right, we find the second bedroom, with double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Next to it, we find the third bedroom, with 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning.



From the living room, you can access the covered terrace, with another outdoor dining table and other areas to sit and relax around the pool. By the pool there are several sun loungers where you can relax before taking a dip.



The finca is situated between Consell and Alaró, which are approximately 3 km away, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, offering the basic services for an independent stay. Only about 20 minutes by car you can reach Playa de Palma and in about 30 minutes Ca'n Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with their soft white sandy beaches and crystal clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. You can also go hiking or cycling in the Tramuntana mountain range.
