âFirst room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem?
Second room was wornâŠwith cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point.â

âThe stay overall was terrible and we won't be back. There wasn't enough towels for 2 adults, and the rim of the toilet was OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEANED! The room over us sounded like there was construction ALL NIGHT long?? Like what the hell?? And we weren't even offered a credit? Sorely disappointed â

âIt's not great but it's not bad! Feels like you're staying in a friend's basement. So it was perfect place to stay for a night. I would stay again if I was in the area.
Pros: The sheets were clean, the bathroom was well stocked with towels (bring your own shampoo), the water pressure was good, the temperature was easily controlled. The TV was nice, there's a small fridge, and there's a microwave.
Cons: the bed and pillows are very stiff, the sheets were very thin, and the curtains didn't close...

âMy friend slipped and fell in our room because they had shampooed our carpet just that day and didnât tell the night desk clerk. We didnât realize thatâs what made her fall till we took our shoes off and had soaked socks from walking on the carpet. Went and reported the fall and the wet carpet to the desk clerk who said she had no idea they had been shampooed. She apologized asked if my friend was ok and said she would report the issue and incident to her GM for the morning. No offer to switch...
