âGreat convenient location. A lot of services nearby. But the greatness ends there.
I stayed in this motel during my first visit to Brookville well over a decade ago, and its still the same carpeting.
The furniture is hammered. Upholstery on the "easy chair" was so worn that it had a sheen.
Toilet was running when i got in the room and i had to lift the tank cover to lower the flapper. The handle would stick in the flush position and flush quality was poor.
The lamps were old, dim, flimsy...

âI was very let down that there was no longer a hot tub. That is always my first go to. And the pool looked clean until you got in then you notice all the dirt and silt laying on the bottom getting stirred up as you walked down into the water. The room was very clean, no complaints with the room and the property. Just the amenities was very disappointing .â

âThe bed and pillows were so very comfortable. I am wondering where I can purchase the exact pillows? We had the first floor end room, I could hear the large trucks start and run all night long. I would wake up when I heard them. It was very loud and disturbing.â

âIt's not great but it's not bad! Feels like you're staying in a friend's basement. So it was perfect place to stay for a night. I would stay again if I was in the area.
Pros: The sheets were clean, the bathroom was well stocked with towels (bring your own shampoo), the water pressure was good, the temperature was easily controlled. The TV was nice, there's a small fridge, and there's a microwave.
Cons: the bed and pillows are very stiff, the sheets were very thin, and the curtains didn't close...
