”We had a rough start at this property, but the manager made it right. The AC didn't work in our room and they didn't tell us that on check-in, even though they knew and had placed a fan in the room. When I put in my Expedia check-in review that I was disappointed in how they handled the situation, the manager left us a nice note the next day and offered a partial refund and breakfast vouchers to make it right.
