Holiday Apartment "Son Bou Gardens" with Pool and Near the Beach

In the popular holiday resort of San Jaime Mediterráneo in the south of Menorca, only 300 m from the beautiful sandy beach Playa de Son Bou, the apartment Son Bou Gardens is located in a well-maintained holiday complex with 420 apartments. The complex is divided into 3 zones, each with its own pool. All common areas are freely accessible to guests.



The light-flooded apartment Son Bou Gardens is located on the ground floor and offers accommodation for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (with two 2 single beds each), a bathroom and a living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette. Fans and satellite TV are also included and there is air conditioning in the master bedroom. On your private, covered terrace with garden furniture you can enjoy a stunning view of the well-tended garden. There are also communal grounds with pool, children's pool and deckchair areas. For the little guests there is also a children's playground. The holiday apartment is the ideal place for a multifaceted and relaxing holiday. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafés and the beach are within a radius of 550 m and therefore only a few minutes' walk away.



Parking spaces are available on the street.

A cot with bed linen is available upon request and for an extra fee. A highchair is available upon request and for an extra fee. This can be paid at reception upon arrival.

The ecotax must be paid upon check-in.

A washing machine is available.



Conditions of use of the pools:

Starting from the 2025 season, we have updated the access conditions for the complex’s swimming pools to enhance the guest experience. The Son Bou Beach Club pool, located on Carrer des Prat, will be free of charge for all guests staying with Menorca Rentals. Guests will still have access to the other pools within the complex; however, a minimum charge for entry or on-site consumption may be required.
