The bedroom ensures peace and quiet. A sofa bed for children is available on request. The bathroom has a shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The French window leads to a large terrace where you can dine indoors or outdoors.



At the back of the house, surrounded by greenery, there is a large 15 x 7 meter pool with a depth of up to 3 meters. Free parking is available in front of the complex. Please note that stairs must be climbed to access the apartments.



The pool is very large and deep, so children must be supervised at all times. There is no lifeguard. The terrace awning should be rolled up in strong winds or during long absences.



Please respect the neighbors, keep noise down after 11:00 p.m., and avoid showering or using the washing machine at night. The TV is connected to a satellite dish, but channel selection may be limited due to digital and pay TV.



Please leave the apartment in good condition at the end of your stay.
