”We had a great time fishing. The fireworks were top 100. The kids really enjoyed themselves. It’s country life for sure.”

”Good location by the lake. Room was clean and the owner was responsive when we had questions about the area. No cable TV (that we saw), so be prepared to bring entertainment for those quiet nights. Also, hot water was limited. Aside from those couple of items, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we are back in Texas.”

”Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....
