”The hotel was new and well appointed. The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. However, the staff were particularly unfriendly bordering on rude. The breakfast was limited. The stairs were constantly wet. The area was under development and this was not mentioned in the hotel description. The area was not accessible to shops/restaurant on foot. Particularly hard for older people. ”
