We stayed in an updated room which was great, but obviously no one checked to be sure the room was truly finished before allowing a guest to stay there. There was a desk with no chair. Some outlets did not work. There were no towel hooks, and no hangers in the closet. There was a new espresso machine, but not enough espresso pods. The heater was quite loud all night long and we did not get a good nights rest because of the noise.
The ice maker did not work in our building, and we had to walk all the way to the front office to get ice from the pub.
I would not stay here again.
