”Clean and welcoming”

”The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. Thank you to Tania and her staff, you deserve another star!”

”Fantastic place to be. Regarding the owners, you can't meet better folks. Thanks Annie for your honesty and care!”

”Excelente custo benefício”

”My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again”

”All was good, the reception ladies were friendly.”

”We experienced great service from the desk, in particular the travel desk and their partners, and the ground floor cosy cafeteria. The only problem was that the toilette & bathroom was not at all separated from the main room !! It was really unpleasant. It is not the fault of the hotel that Joburg is not not considered safe for tourists to walk around. We got good help from the staff to live with this problem - transportation, reservations, even walking with us to nearby places to take care of...

”The rooms were utterly clean, there are really strong on maintenance and cleanliness”

”Cleanliness, friendly staff, clean pool”

”awesome, very relaxing and will, I will recommend for business travellers”

”Place could easily be a 7 or 8 if staff put in effort. Room was advertised as having air-conditioning, a fan, shampoo and shower gel. It had none of those and at times got very hot. Each day I had to ask for more towels and on one occasion I had to ration toilet paper because they had none. Housekeeping is available but only when requested, and even then they did not restock towels or toilet roll. Staff were often not available so I could not exit the compound to get things, often having to...
