With a breathtaking view of Mont Emy and the Aiguilles d'Arves, the ‘Petit Balcon’ flat, located on the Col du Mollard at an altitude of 1638 metres in Albiez-Montrond, is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

This 40 m² flat in the Les Aiguilles chalet sleeps 4 to 5 people.

Our well-located chalet is directly opposite a toboggan run and, snow permitting, it is possible to ski directly from the chalet. It is just 300 metres from the ESF and the start of the slopes, close to shops (food, sports equipment), restaurants and bars.

We offer :

- Living room with good quality sofa bed and television

- Bathroom with WC

- Mezzanine accessible by ladder, with a double bed (160x190) and a single bed (90x190)



Please note that this apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility as it is only accessible through stairs.

Albiez-Montrond is a family resort that has preserved the charm and authenticity of a mountain village. Its ski slopes offer something for everyone. There's also plenty of entertainment on offer, including dog-sleigh rides, etc.
