Welcome to our tiny house, where productivity meets comfort in a compact yet stylish setting. Nestled amidst nature, this charming retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility and inspiration for remote workers, freelancers, and nomads. The cozy interior is tastefully furnished with modern decor and warm accents, providing a serene environment for focused work sessions. When it's time to unwind, take a break on the outdoor deck, where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy the fresh air.

You will find this dwelling in close proximity to the main house yet maintaining its own separate entrance and privacy. Enclosed by tall fences from its days as a deer farm, the property features various animal enclosures, adding to its rustic charm. Tucked away from the road, it provides a peaceful haven amidst the countryside.

This tiny house has big charm. The interior is cozy with a fully stocked kitchen, fluffy bath towels, and a comfy bed in the expansive loft sleep space.Our host Maryssa was very communicative and responsive to all questions. I highly recommend this property.

This is the perfect quiet retreat for the creative. The house is extraordinarily well appointed with all needed appliances, coffee, a full sized fridge, stove, oven and even a washer/dryer. If you’re visiting and temps are under 20, request the space heater though, but they had a massive pile of blankets. The bed is FIRM and low. That works for me because I’m old and short. I slept AMAZINGLY but if you’re over 5’7” or so the sleeping loft might be a challenge. Unless you’re used to 5’ ceilings lol. There is PLENTY of space in the middle and the cute dresser and nice hanging area in front of the window had tons of closets. This isn’t close to many amenities and the grocery store in Albion isn’t particularly well stocked when it comes to meat but the produce was very good quality and tasty. I’d stop at the Meijer in Jackson if you’re coming west. Or somewhere else coming from th Chicago area. The shower and bathroom are again so cute, everything worked perfectly, and the shower was a mini retreat!! Amazing showerhead, really hot water (just the way I liked it) and a long ledge for the everything shower devotees! Other than a snowblower and a truck starting up a few times (and the two big dogs who are well controlled indoor dogs and I barely knew were there), the property is perfectly isolated (while being 10’ from the main house lol) allowing privacy, peace, and my creative retreat was MUCH ENJOYED. I would’ve stayed a week if my kids weren’t asking if I was coming home

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay that we could enjoy while were exploring several small towns in south central Michigan. The tinyhouse was perfectly located for that and also provided us with great amenities.It was cute, very clean and comfortable / cozy. Especially important - It was very peaceful.The tinyhouse was well laid out, nicely decorated and well provisioned. Other than buying a few groceries, we ate breakfast & dinner every day for a week.The outside seating area was great to enjoy the sunrise in the morning and a nice shady area to relax during the warm afternoons and evenings.We would stay at the tinyhouse again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful little place!

Stayed for a week while visiting friends at Duck Lake. Loved everything about this tiny house, the way the space is maximized it doesn't seem small at all, love how the bathroom door closes and doubles as a shelf. Every amenity you could possibly need is there from BelVita snacks to the excellent quality shampoo. Beautiful location, will say since not familiar to the area had some difficulty locating the address, suggest getting there in daylight! But also another reason why its so cool as its tucked away from the road. Absolutely idyllic, would stay again in a heartbeat!

At first we were a bit concerned as the other property is very close to the tiny house, but the other house did not seem occupied during our time there. It was very quiet and peaceful. It is tiny, but decorated very nicely with added flourishes and welcoming touches.

College Homecoming respire

I needed a place to stay for the weekend for my college homecoming and to visit my daughter who is currently a student at the local college. This was the perfect place, not far from campus, but seemed a world away. Peaceful and convenient and such a cute house! Will recommend to other alumni and parents from the college and will most likely stay again.

Great getaway!

Nice little place to relax and hide away for a couple of days. They did mow outside of the house while I was there, so I didn't spend time outside during that time, but other than that it was a great retreat.
