”I recently stayed in Kingston, Jamaica, for three nights over New Year’s Eve, and this VRBO rental was the perfect spot to experience the vibrant heart of the city. Nestled in what’s locally known as a cul-de-sac (similar to the concept in the States), this property offered an incredible blend of comfort and cultural immersion. The surrounding streets were alive with energy—children playing, delicious food from street vendors, and unique local shopping options just steps away. It truly felt like...

3. Cute and Cozy Ez Home

Bridgeport

”Nice but not an Apartment! The host was a FANTASTIC lady! Breakfast was great! The vibes of the building and neighborhood felt cozy. The negative was that there was no kitchen, although a kitchen it stated in the description. The unit is more like renting a room. Here's why,.. when you first walk in you are greeted by the room with the white couch, and bar to the right. The bar area has no sink or prep space, just coffee and condiments for purchase. This room is extremely small. The coffee...

Port Morant

”After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

”Very clean the host is very nice and they have a little store for snacks and refreshments along with complimentary snacks and appliances. The host had new tooth brushes, tooth paste, sanitary pads, condoms, soap ect…. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars was because it was pretty hot. There is an AC unit and a fan but it doesn’t reach the room so I slept in the living room. Maybe if you leave the windows open the air will circulate ”

”This listing has been changed since I booked it, but it's still inaccurate. It was originally listed as a 2brm 2ba entire home with fully loaded kitchen, linens, etc. It was all a lie! AND as if that wasn't enough, the host tried to make us feel guilty because he messed up the listing & wasn't making much money. He told us the 2nd ba wouldn't be available til 3wks into our 4wk stay. THEN, we found out the house was shared with other ppl. The kitchen isn't fully stocked, no dryer, no linens & the...
