Welcome to my Poconos home located in the gated community of IML with 24/7 security. This is about an 1.5-2 hours away from the NJ-NYC area . The home can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Enjoy back deck, wifi, streaming television, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill and indoor gas fireplace ( gas fireplace available in the cold weather only)

Community amenities: đŸŠâ€â™€ïžđŸŠđŸ»Access to 2 in community pool, 5 lakes, Basketball and tennis court. These are seasonal, usually starts after Memorial Day and ends Labor Day.

In order to gain entrance to community names of all guest must be provided. A form will be sent via message on VRBO once you have booked with us. Pls note that in high peak season there might be some wait time at the gate. As guests are checked in.

This home is about 35 minutes from Jim Thorpe, and 20 minutes from lake harmony. We didn’t stay long enough to use community amenities so cant comment on those. The host was very pleasant. The good parts were that the home had air conditioning units in the bedrooms, but the rest of of the house were warmer due to only ceiling fan's. That was mostly fine because we were not home. The pictures were mostly accurate except the fire pit eas not out for use. The biggest problem I had was that aa soon as you walk in there is a musty smell that hits you right in the face. Im very sensitive to these moldy,mildew smells and I had to stear clear of the den, and out of the living room because it casued me to have an asthma attack. We only were there two nights so I made it work. I have to say also that we didn’t use the deck area because it seemed to be needing some repairs as well. Overall if you are only looking to have more space and a place to sleep this works wonderfully.

Very nice property and community!

We had a very good experience with this property. The Main Lake was closed but we were able to swim and paddle board at Boulder Lake. We loved the game room! Our family spent the evenings playing foosball and pool. We will definitely be back

Poconos getaway

We enjoyed our stay near the Poconos Raceway. The house was clean and inviting. It was quiet and perfect for walking our dog. We really enjoyed the back patio with morning visits by deer! Checking in at the gate was a bit of a nuisance but not too bad.

Perfect home away from home!

Our stay here was excellent. The owners were very open to communication and answered our questions very quickly. They are also very kind and attentive. The house is great! It has so much space to relax! There is a deck with a grill, a great kitchen, living room, dining area, game room. One thing that is very important - the beds were very comfortable- great mattresses! This property really makes you feel that you are in your own home away from home because the house is devoid of the owner's personal items. This makes it feel like it is your own place hidden in the woods. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. One of my favorite parts of this trip was driving through the community and seeing all of lakes and nature. We absolutely loved our stay and we plan to come back in the winter. Thank you so much!!!

Property was nice and clean, and offered all the necessary amenities. Everything was well done, and we were very happy with our stay. The only pain was the security checkpoints to enter the community, we waited in line for 20 minutes on several occasions, which is a pain,when you just want to get back to your place and relax. There is a easy access gate that requires a key card, though none were provided, definitely would of made things alot easier, but despite that id recommend this VRBO. Hosts were great and did respond quickly when messaged.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My extended family had the pleasure of booking Tania's Poconos home for the weekend. Celebrating my wife's birthday, we took the extended family with us for a nice getaway. The home had everything we needed and more. Our kids loved the basement games area, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials and then some. The patio and living room fireplace warmed us after a day on the slopes (the house did a great job keeping us warm, we just liked the atmosphere). Inside and out the property was fantastic. In the morning we were greated by a family of deer that excited the kids to no end. If you're looking for the home away from home feeling, definitely book with Tania. We are already talking about coming back in the summer and will check if they have availability.

Enjoyable house

For a party of 6 and a dog, the size of the house was more than enough to accommodate all of us. PROS -Tania and Vladimir were both very quick to respond to questions via message and text before and during our stay. -The house included all the amenities mentioned in their post. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which I thought was nice in case we didn't have any. - I'm glad it wasn't too hot the weekend we stayed. The temperature was about 76F in the house but turning on the ceiling fan helped keep things cool in the living room and dining area. The air conditioning and ceiling fans in each of the rooms worked well in keeping the rooms cool. -The kitchen was equipped with the basic pots/pans/utensils. The only thing I wish it did have was a kettle or electric water heater so we could have hot water to make tea. -We didn't spend much time in the basement, but it was a nice space if you wanted to hang out down there. - A lot of deer could be seen from the deck and the front windows. CON - There was barely or completely no cellular reception. There is WiFi and it was very reliable. -For some reason, there was no running hot water until 10am on Saturday morning. When I sent a message to Tania inquiring about it, she responded that there a power outage last time and could have affected the water heater. Thankfully it only happened that one day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to others. We will consider staying another time.

Family weekend

We had a great time on the Memorial weekend. It was very comfortable and felt like home. The house was equipped with everything you need even stuff like shampoo, body wash and toothpaste (in case you forgot your own ;) Everything is super clean and brand new. The only suggestion I have is to include a map of the community and a list of entertainment nearby.

We had a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! We were two families of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids each, ages 5 and 7). We chose to stay here after enjoying a night at Kalahari. The kids absolutely loved the game room - air hockey and the doll house were a big hit! They also enjoyed the bunk beds. Tania is very helpful and communicative, overall a great stay!

Very nice home

This home was very clean, nice, and the owners were very easy to get in touch with. Only down fall was that it was about 30-40 minutes away from blue mountain where we like to go tubing. Otherwise no complaints at all.

I chose this house to celebrate my 47th birthday. It was actually better than expected. Very clean and well stocked. The game room is awesome. I sell barn doors and seeing one on the laundry room was an added bonus.

Fun weekend getaway

Very nice place to stay, clean and great for seeing wildlife. My family, friends and 2 dogs had a great time getting away to piece and quit. Teenagers were able to enjoy paint balling and ATV’s near the home. Homeowners were very easy to deal with and great in the quick response to questions. Definitely worth going again!
