Tucked inside the private Towamensing Trails community in Albrightsville, PA, this 3,000 sq ft cabin is built for groups who want it all: total relaxation, non-stop entertainment, and direct access to one of the Poconos' most beautiful private lake communities. Surrounded by trees, just one block from a 190-acre lake and sandy beach, and 15 minutes from the ski slopes, this is where unforgettable trips are made.
THE SPACE
Every room is designed to bring people together. Soak in the private 6-8 person hot tub year-round, unwind in the cedar sauna room, host a movie night in the dedicated big-screen projector room, or challenge the group in the full game room with pool table, ping-pong, Xbox, poker table, cornhole, and board games all included. The kids' loft has its own world with mini golf, foosball, and basketball. Two gas fireplaces, three smart TVs, a backyard fire pit, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning keep everyone comfortable in every season.

2026 AMENITY SCHEDULE
- May 26 to June 14: Weekends only, 11 AM to 6 PM
- June 15 to September 2: Daily, 11 AM to 6 PM
- After September 2: Beach remains open; pool closes for the season
All guests must complete vehicle registration at staypoconolake.com/vehicle-registration at least 5 days before check-in. Vehicle passes are $7.99 per vehicle.

GUEST ACCESS
Full access to the entire home. Three closets, one spare fridge, and the garage are locked and labeled and contain host supplies only.

- Early check-in and late check-out available upon request based on availability
HOUSE RULES
- No pets | No smoking | No parties or events
- No outdoor open fires or fireworks (community fines up to $500 apply)
- Propane grills permitted with provided safety precautions
- Guests are responsible for taking trash to community disposal (vehicle pass enables access)
DISCLAIMERS
We retain the right to report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking.
No smoking inside or outside of this home.
Subject to a $300 fine.
Failure to submit your HOA registration on time may result to HOA fines ranging around $250.00
to $500.00 on top of the $100.00 late fee.
This will take effect if HOA send us a violation notice with the fines.
Absolutely no parties and subjected to fines, and cancelation of reservation
All guests bringing a vehicle must complete a vehicle registration form, which will be sent to you directly after booking is confirmed, at least 5 days before check-in to receive community vehicle passes and guest wristbands
Every stay includes a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival
The hot tub and full property are professionally cleaned and sanitized before every check-in
Vehicle passes are $7.99 per vehicle and enable parking and trash disposal access throughout Towamensing Trails
Up to 8 community wristbands are provided for access to the lake, beach, pool, courts, and lounge
Community amenities are seasonal, open daily from June 15 through September 2, weekends only from May 26 through June 14
For last-minute bookings there may be a short delay in vehicle pass processing due to HOA paperwork timelines
Driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles
Exterior Ring cameras are located at the main door, front, driveway, and backyard, all clearly visible with no hidden cameras anywhere on the property
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request based on availability, just message us and we will do our best to accommodate
Booking this home means you consent to paying a $50 trash fine if trash bags are left behind.
