On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of them en-suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom with shower for guests' convenience. On the first floor, one bedroom features two single beds in an en-suite with bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, ideal for enjoying family or friends time together.
Outside, the private pool with fountain (heatable as an extra option) offers relaxation and sunbathing. The patio, dining area and barbecue make outdoor gatherings perfect for long summer days.
Villa Bantayan is just a few minutes by car from the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops in Albufeira, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
