Villa Paraty is a modern 4-bedroom house located in Corcovada, Albufeira, near the famous Strip, filled with restaurants and bars. With a private pool and a central location, this house is ideal for relaxed holidays without the need for a car.



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms (one en-suite) and 1 twin room, along with an additional bathroom and balconies overlooking the pool. On the ground floor, there is a twin room and another bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The spacious living/dining room, with large comfortable sofas, offers a view of the pool. The villa also features free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and television.



The exterior includes a deck with a private pool, perfect for sunbathing. A brick barbecue invites outdoor meals with family and friends. The well-maintained garden, with grassy areas and plants, provides a tranquil environment. The property is fully fenced, with a pedestrian gate and automatic parking entrance.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
