Eagle Villa combines contemporary architecture, generous spaces and an elevated location with unobstructed views over the marina and the Algarve coast. Just a few minutes away you will find Albufeira Marina, the historic centre of the city and beaches such as São Rafael, Arrifes, Peneco, Galé and Salgados.



On the exterior, the property offers a pleasant leisure area with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, rest areas and dining space with a barbecue. The panoramic terrace is one of the main highlights of the residence, allowing you to enjoy views over the sea and Albufeira Marina throughout the day.



The interior features modern lines, plenty of natural light and spacious areas designed for comfortable group stays. The main room is divided into two environments through an elegant central fireplace, creating a dining area and a comfortable living area with sea views and direct access to the terrace.



The decoration includes details inspired by Algarve identity, namely Portuguese hydraulic mosaics and a historical image of Albufeira from 1954 recreated artistically as a tribute to the old fishing village.



The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and essential utensils for long stays or family holidays.



The dwelling accommodates up to 10 guests in 3 suites:

• Suite 1 with a double bed;

• Suite 2 with 3 single beds and 1 single sofa bed;

• Suite 3 with 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed.

There is also an additional guest bathroom.



Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left inside the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.



For your security, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.



Albufeira Marina is just a few minutes from the property and offers restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafés and various water sports activities, including boat trips to the caves, coastal tours and dolphin watching. Albufeira's historic centre maintains the town's traditional connection to the sea, with typical Algarve streets, terraces and fresh fish restaurants.
