Villa Del Pescador is a stunning, fully rebuilt and refurbished property located just 200 meters from the famous Fisherman’s Beach in Albufeira. With an enviable location close to restaurants, shops, and all amenities, this villa offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and proximity to the sea.



The spacious living and dining area provides a bright and welcoming atmosphere, with direct access to a terrace overlooking the ocean, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy special moments together.



On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, as well as an additional guest bathroom. On the lower floor, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, along with a bathroom with a shower.



The modern fully equipped kitchen also enjoys a beautiful sea view, creating an inviting space to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.



Outside, the villa offers a private heatable pool (additional cost), surrounded by a relaxing leisure area perfect for soaking up the Algarve sunshine.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 180 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
