The Villa Laura is a modern and elegant 4-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located just minutes from Albufeira Marina and 5 minutes by car from Peneco and São Rafael beaches. With a private pool (optional heating as an extra), it is the perfect setting for a family vacation.



On the first floor, the house has a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, and closet, as well as two bedrooms with single beds (convertible to double). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies ideal for outdoor breakfasts.



The lower floor features a game room with a billiard table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a laundry room. On the ground floor, the modern and fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy. Here you will also find a bedroom with two single beds (convertible to double) and a private bathroom, as well as a bright living and dining room with direct access to the pool.



Outside, a brick barbecue and patio invite you to enjoy meals outdoors by the private pool.



Villa Laura is just a few meters from Albufeira Marina, with cafes, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. Albufeira Old Town and its beautiful beaches are a 20-minute walk away. With free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, this villa guarantees comfort and fun for an unforgettable vacation!



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

The 9th and 10th persons (1 adult and 1 baby) will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €140 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
