Filomena Golf Paradise

Filomena Golf Villa is the DreamPlaces recommendation if you want to be close to the beach and close to the best golf course in Albufeira!

4 bedrooms, all with attached bathroom. It can accommodate up to 9 people. Swimming pool with large garden, great for families with children, or for golfing holiday groups.

Filomena Golf Villa is located 10 minutes walking from the beach and great restaurants. Salgados Golf Course is a 4-minute walk away.



The villa has a typical Portuguese decor, with traditional Algarve tiles. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a balanced holiday. It has 4 rooms equipped with a private bathroom, and all have a balcony. The kitchen is spacious, as is the living and dinig room.



There is parking for up to 3 cars.



The lounge by the pool is large, providing a great shade for a great day at the pool on the sunbeds we provide or on a bbq time all afternoon!



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



Guests have access to all facilities on the property.



DreamPlaces - Holiday Rentals leaves the Guest at ease, but we have Costumer service 24 hours a day. We always have someone to meet you at Check-in or to support you with another problem or question.



As you can see in the sky photos, this villa offers great privacy. It is located in a flat area, surrounded by countryside, very close to a lagoon. Neighbors are people who tend the surrounding fields. There are good restaurants nearby and the nearest grocery store is 2 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot .



There is an Aldi Supermarket very close by and also an Apolónia Supermarket.



If you come with children, I recommend you hire a car. Although there are all conditions close by for a balanced holiday, with a car you can move freely and discover what is most beautiful in our region.



You can always use our Private Transfer recommendation, which can accompany you throughout your stay!



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



We can heat the pool for an extra price ( need to be requested before ) .



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
