The Melbourne 2 Apartment is a charming apartment located in a modern complex in Albufeira, extremely well-situated, situated between the historic center and the new city area, making it an ideal option for a family or a few friends. This property is close to all amenities and is undoubtedly the perfect setting for a rejuvenating sun-filled break.



This superb apartment has 1 bright and airy bedroom, elegantly furnished with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.



The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and a television (with international channels), a table and chairs to enjoy your meals indoors. Sliding doors lead to an inviting balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for your meals or relaxing in the sun. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and many other appliances you may need during your stay. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and is located on the third floor (the building has an elevator).



Outside, you will find an inviting (shared) pool surrounded by plenty of space for sunbathing. The complex also has a children's pool and a playground that will delight the little ones.



With such a central location, all amenities are a short walk from the apartment, including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping, and supermarkets. The nearest beaches (Inatel Beach and Alemães Beach) are less than a kilometer away.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 2 people.

A 3rd and 4th person will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
