  • Villa Marina is a charming property located in the heart of Marina de Albufeira, ideal for a relaxing holiday close to the sea. This colorful house stands out for its private pool and a welcoming environment that invites fun.



    The spacious and bright living and dining room features glass doors that open to the garden, creating a direct connection to the outdoors. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and two with double beds, all with private bathrooms and access to balconies with views of the surroundings. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.



    The kitchen is fully equipped, providing functionality for easy meal preparation.



    Outside, the large terrace features a swimming pool and is surrounded by lawn and sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue for relaxed moments.



    Located in a quiet area of Marina de Albufeira, close to cafés, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. It is about a 20-minute walk from the center of Albufeira with its sandy beaches and the charm of the Old Town, Villa Marina guarantees an unforgettable holiday.



    The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

    If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



    This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



    Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



    Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Splendid stay by the marina!

We had a truly wonderful holiday at Villa Marina. The villa is incredibly bright and welcoming, with a fantastic outdoor area where we spent most of our afternoons relaxing on the sun loungers. Having en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms upstairs provided great privacy for everyone in our group. The location is ideal—peaceful, yet just a short stroll from the vibrant marina and local shops.

Wonderful stay at Villa Marina!

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were absolutely fantastic. The colourful villa is beautiful, bright, and spacious, and having an en suite bathroom for every single bedroom was a huge plus for our group. The private pool and the lawned garden were perfect for relaxing in the sunshine, and we spent lovely evenings using the barbecue area. Being situated right in the heart of the Marina, with the Old Town and beaches just a short walk away, made this the perfect location.

Perfect for families with kids

Villa Marina exceeded our expectations. The pool area was fantastic, and we opted for the heating, which made it even more enjoyable. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Our children loved the colourful décor and the easy access to the Marina. We walked to Albufeira Old Town a few times and really appreciated how close everything was without needing to drive constantly. A great spot for a family holiday.

Comfortable, clean, and very well located

We stayed at Villa Marina with a group of friends and couldn’t have been happier. The house is just as described – spacious, nicely decorated, and with everything you might need. We made good use of the kitchen and the BBQ area outside. It’s great to be in the Marina, which feels more relaxed but still has lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Being able to walk to the beach or take a short drive made our days very easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful location and great outdoor space

We had a lovely stay at Villa Marina. The house is very spacious and bright, with a great layout for families. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus for us. The location in the Marina is ideal, peaceful but still close to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and sun loungers. Having breakfast outside each morning was a highlight. Would definitely return!

Great size villa. No flexibility with check in and out unfortunately as the operator wants to sell luggage storage in the old town. When we got there the pool was dirty but the property manager sent the pool cleaner the next day and it looked fantastic. There is a busy boat repair yard next door which is pretty noisy but that didn’t affect us too much. The villa gets sun all day long which was great. The location is only a short walk to the marina and taxis were cheap to go further a field. The air con worked well but the bbq area outside wasn’t too impressive. There were several cracked tiles around the pool area that could do with repairing. Overall we had a good time.

Wonderful Marina Retreat

We had an amazing stay in this bright and welcoming villa. The heated pool and outdoor dining area were perfect for relaxing in the sun, and the bedrooms were comfortable with lovely balcony views. We also enjoyed a boat tour arranged by the company.
