Villa Crisandra is a magnificent villa located in a quiet area of Albufeira, ideal for those seeking relaxation with easy access to the beach and town centre. With spacious and well-organised areas, this property offers a comfortable and practical stay for large groups.



The living room is bright, welcoming and filled with natural light, creating the perfect setting for socialising and relaxing together.



On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: one with two sets of bunk beds and a private bathroom, one twin room also with a private bathroom, and two additional twin bedrooms. There is also an extra bathroom with a shower, serving the remaining rooms.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals throughout your stay.



Outside, the large heatable swimming pool (additional cost) invites you to enjoy leisurely days under the Algarve sun. The exterior area features sun loungers, an outdoor dining space and a portable barbecue, offering the ideal setting to relax and make the most of the region’s warm climate.



Villa Crisandra is within walking distance of Albufeira’s town centre, where you’ll find beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all essential amenities.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests

From the 11th to the 15th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

So I read reviews and the villa is lovely. Was clean tidy and up together. A few things needing updating but overall a good stay. I did get my 2000 deposit back after other reviews saying they didn’t so I was worried but overall I have to say a good experience.

The kitchen needed dish soap, hand soap as well as some dish cloths. There was 1 tea towel and no dish cloths. There was also no plug for the kitchen sink. We had to wash dishes in a big pot. Also, not being allowed to flush any toilet paper was rather gross. On the good side, the house was very clean and the pool area was very nice although the chlorine level was too high.

We had a fantastic family holiday in the villa. There were 10 of us in total and I wouldn’t recommend anymore (unless young children) We had planned on 4 teenagers/young adults having the bunk beds but unfortunately the mattresses were very thin so 2 of the 4 stayed on the sofas in the living room and we had to double the mattress up for the other 2 be comfortable. Also wouldn’t recommend for young children as this room is an annex with its own entrance. In our opinion that room would have been better as a double room as it has en-suite and the larger on the 3 rooms in the actual house to have the bunk beds in. It worked for us so wasn’t an issue. The villa is so spacious and there is an abundance of outside space. Pool area is beautiful although the pool itself was clean, it is a bit run down and in need of improvement (flaked paint on the surface and loose tiles etc) again didn’t spoil our stay though. Bar area is great with its own fridge but all cupboards were locked and no outdoor cups/plates which would have been useful. Outside toilet would have been beneficial too. The view from the roof terrace and the pool area is beautiful and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The villa is located perfectly, far enough from the strip and close enough to old town in an uber which were really reasonable (between 3 to 7) depending on passenger size. We enjoyed a night at the marina too which is beautiful

Good value trip with friends

We had a nice stay with friends at this villa. The villa could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas and also some general repairs made e.g bin was broken and sunbeds were broken / missing arms, cracks, ripped sunbed covers. When we arrived we only had 8 sunbeds and we let the agency know. They very quickly provided 2 more which we were grateful for since there was 10 of us. The bunk bed room is not the most comfortable with thin mattress's (can feel the bars through) and not ideal for kids as you have to go outside to access that room. It would be better as a twin room and then the option to add two z beds into the other rooms. It worked perfectly for 10 of us although not sure you’d want to squeeze any more in. The place could be amazing with a bit of an upgrade. As it was the pool area was fantastic and we spent most of our time there. The kitchen was well equipped although could do with a few more glasses and matching crockery! The location is great with a short walk to the strip and easy to get taxis to the old town and surrounding area. On reflection for the price we paid it was a good value girls trip away. Be aware the agency require a large deposit for groups (2000 euros) but we did get it returned no problems.

Sumner Vacation

As a family we were more than happy. Most comfortable beds ever in a holiday Villa. Children being children wanted a quick swim when we arrived at11pm. Unfortunately the pump had not been switched on and therefore the chlorine had not circulated causing them to have skin irritation. However, this didn’t dampen their spirits and the the pool was the focal point of the holiday once all was sorted. We would certainly use Villa Crisandra again.

Don’t rent this villa. It’s a scam!

The property owner and Algarve Vacations ask for a deposit, which will never be paid back. They make up losses and breakage. You have to deal with Algarve Vacations who is not a trustfull partner. It’s a scam!! They tell you the home owner claims there are glasses missing, that weren’t there in the first place. The villa has old kitchenmachines. They claim you broke it. Please do not trust this party. There are enough other houses for rent via trustfull agencies and home owner.

Quality villa, clean, well maintained and a great location, short taxi into the old town or a walk down to the strip. Olivia kept us updated throughout the booking process and helped with any queries and changes we had to make. With Sandra then looking after us once we had arrived. Would absolutely re-visit!

We had a great stay at the villa. It was all exactly in line with the photos. Very good amenities inside. Superb outside. The bar at the pool is a wonderfull feature to relax all day outside. Definetely a place to recommend.

Perfect Trip with Friends

This Villa is absolutely fantastic. Easily the best we’ve had in Albufiera over the years. Sandra, who checked us in was great. It was very straight forward and she came at a time which was more convenient for us. The villa is awesome. The pool area in particular is stunning with a beautiful clean pool and bar area with a fridge freezer. We use these trips to relax rather than party and the surroundings were perfect. It is further away from the strip and old town than we usually stay but this is no negative. The area is very quiet and taxis or Ubers are there in seconds. The villa was very clean when we arrived and so we tried our best to leave it as we found it. We will probably look to book the exact same one again next year. There is plenty of seating inside and out, the bathrooms are good and the air conditioning made it comfortable during a very warm week in September. Each room in the villa has two very large single beds, although I would imagine they are fine to use as doubles if you travel with partners. It’s would also be great for families and has a self contained section which has two bunk beds, a bathroom and air conditioning. Despite it being a busy resort for large groups to come to, the villas grounds are so huge you literally cannot hear any noise from anywhere else. You can probably find better villas in the area, but for the price you would have absolutely no chance. The only down side was that we couldn’t stay longer!!!

Fantastic

I would stay here again, the villa was very well equipped. It has a very large lounge and dining area and a great kitchen which is very well equipped. We hired a car and visited a number of beaches for surfing. Great experience with my friends!
