Villa Pauline is an impressive holiday home located in Albufeira, just a 15-minute walk from the centre and a short drive from Peneco and Pescadores beaches. Well-decorated and cosy, it is the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.



The property has 7 bedrooms, all with air conditioning: 1 double room, 5 double rooms with 2 single beds each, and 1 quadruple room with 2 bunk beds, with capacity for 16 + 4 guests. There are also 7 bathrooms spread throughout the house.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and ironing board. The spacious living/dining rooms are perfect for relaxing and socialising, and a terrace offers beautiful views of Albufeira.



For entertainment, there is a games room with table tennis and a snooker table. The exterior features a fabulous pool (heatable as an extra), surrounded by a well-maintained garden, patio, and barbecue area for outdoor meals.



Villa Pauline is located next to Villa Anna, offering the possibility of being booked together for larger groups.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 17th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
