Villa Da Duarte - Close to the beach

Summary:

Villa Da Duarte is a fantastic, family-friendly, bright villa situated in a great area. The pool is in the best position to get sun all day. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood suitable for tourists and locals, looking to be close to the beach and plenty of amenities. Close to the Ponta Grande Resort, Scoobys pool bar, and plenty more family-oriented restaurants and bars. With a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms, there are plenty of facilities here.



The Space:

Bedrooms; ground-floor bedroom and bathroom.



First Floor: three bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) and a family bathroom.



The villa is located 2.5 km from the old town of Albufeira and a nice short Uber ride away, and Albufeira Marina is also within walking distance of around 30 minutes.



There are some beaches (S. Rafael, Praia dos Arrifes, and Praia da Coelha) that can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Also, Villa Da Duarte is close to a great supermarket called “Apolónia,” a little like the UK Marks and Spencers. Other, more large, and complete supermarkets can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.



Important information: There is private parking on the drive; the garage is not unusable for guests, it is used by the owner, but this does not interfere with your rental, and they do not have access to any space that you have rented.



There are four bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate the extra two people. We can also accept an extra bed for an 11th person here for a supplement of £150.



Please note there is a refundable damage deposit payable with this property of £250.
