Villa Marina, front-line marina property with 4 bedrooms

This bright and spacious villa boasts a unique architectural style, (designed by a famous Portuguese architect) and offers stunning views over the terrace to the Marina. The Marina’s facilities include national and international cuisine, shops, cafes and bars. A variety of water activities, including big game fishing, boat trips and dolphin watching, are also available. You are also spoiled for choice with restaurants and hip bars in nearby lively Albufeira too.



The swimming pool can also be heated for an additional charge.



Entering the villa, the living and dining area are open plan and feature huge windows overlooking the terrace and swimming pool and with views over the marina. There is a flat screed TV and also a DVD player. The dining table has 8 chairs for internal dining. Patio doors lead on to the terrace and pool area where there is an exterior table and chairs for Al-Fresco dining whilst enjoying the unparalleled view over the marina.



For those who enjoy catering at home, there is a fully fitted kitchen and outdoor charcoal BBQ.

The kitchen features a gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.



There is a guest toilet also on the ground floor as well as bedroom 1 which has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, window with electric window shutter and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over.



On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and window with electric window shutters and the most amazing marina views!



Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and air conditioning and a private balcony.



Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with bath/shower over.



Bedroom 4 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over.



On the lower ground floor is a games room with the table tennis table.



The villa has a security alarm system and wi-fi. Externally to the rear is a small garden and the front features the private swimming pool and sun loungers and the most amazing views of sleek yachts and brightly coloured homes. Parking is available on the street outside or in the private garage.



Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.

Note; access to the villa is via 16 steps. Due to low walls / open bannisters, children must be accompanied by adults at all times.



The villa boasts a unique location in the first row of villas from the quayside, with amenities within walking distance and only a short drive to the beach and the resort of Albufeira.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
