The swimming pool can also be heated for an additional charge.Internally, the large living / dining area overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Continente brand, capsular) and electric hand whisk together with all essentials for a self-catering stay. A door leads from the kitchen out to the BBQ.There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor with a toilet and wash basin.There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with patio doors opening out to the gardens. These bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and share a large bathroom (bathtub with shower over).On the first floor are 2 further bedrooms each with private balconies with views over the neighbouring villas to the sea.
