Location
Your Villa is located in the charming, upscale village of Corrales New Mexico on a spacious 5-acre estate. The peaceful village of Corrales is known for luxurious homes, sprawling ranches, horses, farms, access to the Rio Grande bosque and surrounding parks, and authentic New Mexican cuisine. Yet the village is located next to the state's largest city of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho close to the Rio Grande and Interstate 25. Your Villa is a convenient five-minute drive from the state's largest shopping and restaurant complex at Cottonwood Mall. Corrales Road is our main street and contains plenty of restaurants and entertainment. The drive from the airport is 25 minutes. We are less than a 10-minute drive to Balloon Fiesta Park and the University of New Mexico is closeby as well. Our ideal central location allows guests to easily explore Rio Rancho as well as the neighborhoods of Albuquerque and Los Ranchos. We are also near Intel, Netflix and Sandia Laboratories.

Corrales and the Albuquerque area are truly the lands of enchantment.

Spaces and Furnishings
Your Villa is rich with authentic New Mexican architectural features including brick floors, adobe walls, natural light coming from several skylights and bedroom windows, viga wood ceilings, views of the Sandia mountains and kiva fireplaces. These features reflect the ambience of New Mexican lore. The Villa includes laundry facilities. Each bedroom has access to a large dining hall and lounge. Feel free to indulge in our complimentary gourmet snack bar and beverage basket with coffee, tea and cocco for cravings any time day or night. Our snack bar may include gourmet meat sticks, cheese and crackers, assorted nuts, mini muffins, breakfast bars, oatmeal, grits, assorted jams and jellies, chocolates, popcorn, gluten-free options, assorted fresh fruit and other goodies. A large comfortable couch and two dining tables with total seating for 12 guests and phone charges are also included for your convenience. The bedrooms also have access to a lovely private garden patio with views of the Sandia mountain range and an outdoor dining table with a sun umbrella. A large hummingbird garden is nearby as well, complete with an outdoor fireplace and a seating area. The enclosed outdoor kitchen is perfect for an alfresco dining experience, including gas grilling and saute stations, a refrigerator, a bar and sink, a five-function oven, an electric cooktop, a George Forman, a microwave, a crock pot, a large slice toaster and an outdoor dining table with seating for up to eight guests.

Sleeping Arrangements
This charming residence contains three private bedrooms. The Frida Castia primary bedroom highlights the works of famous Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. This bedroom includes a hybrid memory foam queen bed with memory foam pillows and a twin bed with views of the hummingbird garden, the Sandia Mountains and the balloon launches from Balloon Fiesta Park. There is also a large closet and dressers, a microwave, a mini frig and a drip-style coffee maker. The Frida bathroom has a large vanity with drawers, plenty of natural light from the window over the jetted tub and a walk-in double shower. The Country Cowboy bedroom has a red, white and blue rodeo theme. It includes a super queen bed and a large single day bed. The Cactus Flower bedroom reflects a brightly color desertscape decor with window views of our spirit animal garden. It includes a large double bed and a twin bed, along with a mini frig and micro wave. The Country Cowboy and Cactus Flower bedrooms contain closets and dressers and are joined by a shared contemporary open concept full bathroom with a solid rose granite monolith shower, a makeup vanity, a sink vanity and a drip-style coffee maker. The Villa's thick adobe walls and quiet central A/C and heating system provide a quiet, cozy and comfortable interior for a tranquil night's sleep.

Services, Amenities and Parking
We provide various convenience services including grocery and adult beverage shopping, room service, luggage storage and laundry services. We provide child-friendly family games including two putting greens, cornhole, horseshoes and giant jenga. Our courtyard includes a native American spirit garden, viga-lined covered shaded patios on the way to the resort-style 50 by 20 foot pool, a gazebo-covered patio seating area along with seating areas around the shaded pool. Free WiFi and access to streaming and local cable channels are provided on TV's in each bedroom. The grounds of the estate has plenty of room for several vehicles including class C RV's.

You Need To Know
Our property is equipped with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors in every room plus a carbon monoxide detector.
Onsite pool parties and other events can be scheduled with prior approval by property owner.
We are not a wedding venue but smaller elopement celebrations are encouraged.
Government issued photo ID and a credit or debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidential charges
Smoking and open flames of any kind are not allowed in any inside space, however outdoor smoking areas are available.
Extra person charges may apply per the property's policies.
