Before You Book
All guests must read the listing description, House Rules, and Cancellation Policy in full prior to arrival and agree to abide by them throughout their stay.

Check-Out Reminders
Keys must be returned to the lockbox before departure. A $60 fee will be charged for unreturned keys.

Parking pass must be left on the dining table. A $200 fee applies if not returned.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please respect this time so we can prepare for the next guest.

House Rules
Absolutely no smoking, drugs, or illegal activity on or near the property

No candles, incense, or open flames

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

No eating meals in bed

No parties or events

No excessive drinking – Over-intoxicated guests will be asked to leave immediately

Keep alcohol to a minimum

No pets inside or outside

No unregistered guests allowed without prior approval

Do not move or rearrange furniture

No red wine or colored drinks on furniture—please ask if you need anything moved or adjusted

Always lock the door when you leave and be courteous to neighbors

Turn off all lights and the AC when leaving or not in use

Recycle and conserve energy/water whenever possible

If anything spills, breaks, or stains, let us know right away

Due to the historic nature of the home, you may occasionally encounter an unwelcome visitor (e.g., insect). We apologize in advance—Truly Nola Pest Control treats the property monthly.
