Hot tub is not available during winter months.
When checking out, please leave the garage door remote on the kitchen counter.
A $250.00 fee per remote will be charged if it is missing.

NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.

EXTRA GUESTS - Please make sure that you have made your reservation for the correct number of guests. No additional guests are allowed that are not included in the reservation. If there are additional guests not listed on your reservation you will be charged.
